alscan — how to install

The alscan tool is implemented using Node.js .

It requires Node.js version 20 or later, although the LTS version 22 has had the most testing.

The alscan command should be installed globally, using npm. This usually requires sudo for the proper permission:

sudo npm install --global alscan-js
